  3. Dust working surface and roll your dough into a thin sheet, then use a round cutter to cut the wraps
  4. Put the filling
  5. Then fold and clip the edges as show below
  6. Put oil in a pan and heat, place the dumblings and allow on moderate heat for 2 min
  7. Then pour in 3/4 cup of water cover and allow for couple of minutes till water drain.
