- 5 tbsp Flour

- 2 eggs
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp gram flour
Instructions to make to make Chicken Kabab
- Grind Onion, ginger, garlic, 2tbsp gram flour & 4 green chillies in mixer grinder. Then add Boneless chicken, salt & sugar in it. Add chopped coriander leaves and 1 tbsp butter and make a smooth pasty mixture.
- Then mix boiled potato with it. Knead it well. Then make round shape kabab from it.
- Make thick flour mixture with egg, water, salt & red chilli powder. First coat the kababs with breadcrumbs, then dip into the flour mixture, again coat it with bread crumbs. I prefer less bread crumbs for this recipe so I usually dust off the excess crumbs here.
- Heat oil in pan & fry kababs until golden brown. Remove from the oil and then drain on paper towels before serving. Serve it with tomato sauce,mayonnaise and salad.
